WHAT IN THE FUCK... F-16 MISSED &...

EXCUSE ME??? I'm not AF & know minimal about F-anythings... so......
um...
Can someone explain to me how an AIM9X can easily miss a target to the point you don't know the point of impact??? Can't you see them on the fighter's radars or something?
