I do not know of a designated terrorist grp or organization on this Earth that does not do business with Iran - I was rather surprised by that when I was serving & that also complicated a lot of my work as well. During the Iraq / Afghanistan War - yes, Al - Qaeda & the Taliban were taking funds & weapons from Iran. Those two were also working with Pakistan closely. A lot of my service was focused on the connections between those two grps, different fractions of Hezbollah inter-workings with Iran. So my work was germane to the current war at the time but it also bled out beyond it as well.

INFO OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD:

Iranian back grps - also known as Iran-aligned militia groups (IAMGs) - that were NOT mentioned in this video that will & ARE - have been - a problem for our troops:
IRAQ:
Kata'ib Hezbollah, Harakat al-Nujaba, Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Islamic Resistance fighters, Shia militia groups etc
SYRIA:
IRGC (mentioned in vid - basically Iran's military, they are not officially designated as a terrorist grp by the US as of now), Hezbollah, Shia militia groups & (IMO likely) cells of ISIS fractions & Al Qaeda exist

Iran is a global problem with funding terrorism all over the world from mainly the Middle East to Africa to Central / South America. They also work with various governments - Russia, North Korea, China, Venezuela, Cuba, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Kenya & quite a few others. I would NOT be surprised if they have close connections with the cartel at this point either.

I am not aware of any other country that functions like the current regime does in Iran.
