Well guess what...

If he does lose, that means that EVERY living POTUS can be held accountable for actions they took during their administrations.

Examples:

Biden could be liable and sued by the 13 families of the Marines killed in the fucked up Afghanistan withdrawal...
AND
...By activists groups OR relatives of people who were killed in Gaza by Israel because we supplied them with weapons.

Obama could be liable & sued over his botched drone strikes he authorized - such as one that hit a children's hospital in Afghanistan.

Bush could be liable & sued for misleading information that led to the Afghanistan/Iraq war by family members of killed service members AND by injured service members.

The list goes on...
